Tiny To Teens ships products to most locations across India. Orders placed are generally shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges
A fixed shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all orders below ₹699 (excluding shipping charges, platform fees, convenience fees, or value reduced after applying coupons or offers). Additional charges may apply for certain locations.
For orders ₹699 and above, free shipping is available at select locations only. For other locations, additional shipping charges may apply. At such locations, the ₹50 shipping charge will be added for all orders below ₹699.
Shipping charges per product can be checked by entering your PIN code on the product page. The total shipping charge will be displayed clearly in the cart and during checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of order cancellation or return.
Tiny To Teens reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice. Updated charges will reflect on the product and checkout pages.

From time to time, Tiny To Teens may introduce promotional offers, including free shipping, subject to specific terms and conditions.
Platform & Convenience Charges
Tiny To Teens may apply platform or convenience fees based on order value, product type, shipment size, or delivery location. These charges help us maintain a smooth shopping and fulfillment experience.

Estimated Delivery Time
For locations serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch (excluding Sundays and holidays). Bulky or heavy items may take longer. Remote locations serviced by India Post may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the area.
Delivery dates shown during checkout and order confirmation are tentative and may change after dispatch. Once shipped, updated delivery details will be available in the “My Account” section.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control. In rare cases where shipment is untraceable or significantly delayed, Tiny To Teens reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.
Address Change
Delivery address changes are allowed only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and has not yet been shipped. Address change requests may be declined if there are changes in applicable charges or taxes.
Hidden Charges
There are no hidden charges. All prices are inclusive and final prices are shown at checkout.
International Shipping
Currently, Tiny To Teens delivers only within India.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, courier details and tracking information will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our warehouse. Providing an accurate mobile number helps ensure smooth delivery.
Secured Delivery with OTP
To ensure secure delivery, Tiny To Teens uses OTP-based delivery verification. A six-digit OTP is sent to your registered mobile number when the order is out for delivery.
Please share the OTP only when the delivery agent is physically present at your doorstep. Tiny To Teens is not responsible for misuse if the OTP is shared prior to delivery.
