How You Can Cancel an Order
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. You may cancel in the following ways:
Order-level cancellation (entire order)
Product-level cancellation (specific item)
Combo-level cancellation (entire combo)
Once an order or product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed, and you will need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy instead.
Order-Level Cancellation
You can cancel the entire order before any item is shipped.
If even one item from the order is shipped, order-level cancellation will not be available.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
Product-Level Cancellation
Individual products can be cancelled before shipment.
If the product has already been shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.
Products such as digital items, gift cards, customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation.
Combo Cancellation
Combo orders can only be cancelled as a whole.
Partial cancellation of items within a combo is not allowed.
If any product in the combo is shipped or delivered, combo cancellation will not be available.
When Cancellation Is Not Allowed
Cancellation options will be disabled if:
The order or product has already been shipped
Payment confirmation is pending
The order includes non-cancellable items (digital products, gift cards, customized items)
The order has already been cancelled
The shipment is out for delivery
Refunds After Cancellation
Refunds are initiated after successful cancellation confirmation.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges, platform fees, or convenience fees (if applied) are non-refundable.
Applied coupons or offers may not be reinstated after cancellation.
Cancellation by Tiny To Teens
In rare situations, Tiny To Teens may cancel an order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Logistics or operational issues
In such cases, the full paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
How to Cancel
Log in to your Tiny To Teens account
Go to My Account → Orders
Select the order or product
Click Cancel and confirm
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
